Are you new to CrossFit, or need a refresher on the movements?

Our beginners class introduces the basic movements and terms used in CrossFit.
You'll learn to Squat, Deadlift and Press with correct technique so you have the confidence to join in on the fun of a regular class when you become a member.

You do not need any prior experience or fitness level to attend a beginners class. Even if you've never been inside a gym, the session is designed to get you comfortable and excited to train.

Here is the basic structure to expect from the class:

INTRO & WARM UP

You will be greeted by your coach and introduced to others attending the session

Your coach will run a stretch and warm up to ensure your body is ready for the session

STRENGTH

You will be introduced to the Strength movements that are frequently performed in CrossFit classes. Specifically the Squat, Deadlift and Press

Your coach will explain and demonstrate all movements then they will guide you through some drills to practice technique.

CONDITIONING

You'll finish your session with a bit of a sweat!

Your workout will combine two or three movements frequently included in CrossFit workouts, such as bodyweight exercises

e.g. box jumps and burpees.

The workout will be short and not too intense

(it's only your first day!!)
