WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST CLASS?

At ONE.SIX.EIGHT we create a welcoming community and an environment for you to thrive.
Every training session is coach led, challenging and fun.
No matter your fitness level, you can excel at ONE.SIX.EIGHT.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Arrive 10 mins before your session starts to be greeted by the Gym Manager, who will give you a tour of the gym. We will talk you through the workout and answer any questions you may have.

You will be introduced to your coach who will look after you throughout the class.

THE CLASS

A. WARM UP

Be guided through movement to prepare your body for the specific movements in todays workout.

B. STRENGTH

Complete sets and reps of todays Strength movement (e.g. Squat, Deadlift, Press) under the guidance of your coach who will ensure you're moving correctly and safely.

C. CONDITIONING

Time to elevate your heart rate with a measured workout combining multiple movements in a fun format.

FIST BUMPS & DEBRIEF

At the end of the workout we celebrate everyones achievements with fist bumps and high fives!

The Gym Manager will meet you to check in & discuss membership options.
