Comprehensive weightlifting program run daily and led by experienced coaches. Focus on improving technique whilst building strength, speed and confidence.
Suitable for beginners and advanced athletes.
ZONE
Low skill and high intensity.
Programmed with cardio machines and basic movements so you can focus on getting the most intensity out of your workout.
GYMNASTICS / SKILL
Gymnastics builds coordination, balance, and strength.
Movements include pull ups, muscle ups, rope climbs and handstands. We practice drills to build the basics and work to improve efficiencies through the movements.
