Every workout is varied and can be adapted to suit your level of fitness and abilities. 

Our coaches guide you through every exercise of the 1 hour session. We ensure you are being challenged whilst moving correctly and continuously improving.

Q - I’m new to CrossFit and worried I’m not fit enough - do I need experience? 

You don’t need to have any CrossFit experience whatsoever! If you’re unsure about joining a regular class to start, why not jump into one of our Beginner sessions. These are small group session of 1-5 people where we take you through all the movements you'll need to be comfortable with before joining a class. 

 

CrossFit is for everyone. We can modify and scale every session to be suited to any individual at any level. Our members range from 13 to 68 years young, all with a variety of backgrounds, training experience and lifestyles.

Q - Do you have showers?

Yes! All our facilities have bathrooms & showers

 

Q - Is there parking available?

CITY - limited parking available. Ticketed street parking is available depending on time of day. We recommend public transport and are located less than a 5 min walk from town hall station. Various paid parking complexes are located on Sussex St.

 

ALEXANDRIA – street parking is available on both Euston Rd and Burrows Rd. Clearways are in place after 3pm on Euston Rd however there is a large public carpark on the opposite side of Euston Road.

 

Q - What should I bring?

You can bring a water bottle and towel if you wish, and just wear comfy workout clothes - that's it! 

 

Q - Are there contracts?

No! All our memberships are flexible with no contracts or commitments. You can hold, cancel or change at any time with your choice of payment day and frequency.

All members on an unlimited membership have unlimited access to all 3 locations

 

Q - How long do classes last and should I arrive early?

All classes run for 60 minutes including a warm up. It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you’re ready to go once the class kicks off.
